Refund policy
Draft wording, not legal advice. Final text comes before launch.
Templates (one-time purchases)
Templates are digital files delivered instantly. If a template doesn’t work as shown in its live demo, contact us within 14 days of purchase: we’ll fix it or give you a full refund. Refunds aren’t given for change of mind once the files have been downloaded.
Unlimited and Agency plans
Cancel anytime from your account and you won’t be charged again; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you were charged for a renewal you didn’t mean to keep and haven’t downloaded anything since, contact us within 7 days for a refund.
How refunds work
Refunds go back to the original payment method (card, wallet or PayPal) and usually take 5–10 business days to appear. A refunded purchase also removes download access for that order.
How to ask
Email mohamed@hossamlabs.com or use the contact form with your order number (it starts with SW-).
